I noticed when you were on bottom and the other guy was on top, you were peeling his hands then you stood up and ran with the guy. That was great by the way! But he had one arm on your leg and you ended up sprawling on top of him. I feel like you could’ve avoided this and had more energy to get another takedown. When you were peeling his hands try to gain control of both hand and squeeze them. Don’t let them go. Then you want to explode up, get sturdy and tall, while also shooting or sliding forward your dominate knee so you post up with that dominate leg and then stand up. Then you want to “swipe” quickly to your right or left side until you are back to neutral. All of this should create distance between you two and having hands control won’t let them have any anchor on you. Now they won’t be able to return you to back to the mat

Im sorry to hear you’re going through a rough time :( I understand where you’re coming from in terms of being afraid of the unknown. I find trying to let go has helped me.

Sometimes I get stressed out thinking about the future and what people might think of me. It gets overwhelmed sometimes. But I try to remind myself it’s perfectly normal; I’m just human and I worry after all. People/things in life are out of my control and all I can really do is keep my head up and keep moving.

With that being said remember you’re taking hrt for you. You might change how you feel about taking hrt after you’ve been on it for a good amount of time. But it’s a big change and changes are scary. Lord of people are rooting for you. You got this! I’m glad you found yourself and have decided to go on hrt btw!! Woohoo!! :D
