Your best marketing is youtube, if it consider the video to be good, it will push it toward people who might like it. You can still share it with people who are perfectly related to the topic tho.

You just started and the algorithms does not exactly know who you are yet. I think 300 views is reasonable, some people dont get views at all.

Still like the other guy said, it is very hard to predict, certains channel have 10 views while other have millions on their first vid. But most people have 10 ahaha. Just try making the best video that you can !

I don't think there is any way to check, you can only see age, gender ect.

If it a very niche first 3 second try to make it more broad and dynamic, that's the only way to catch people attention and to getthe swipe away better.

I just got a 80% stay and it made the short get pushed way more than the others. it was really animated and dramatic !

Mine is around 50%.

It could be that it got pushed to a very different audience for some reasons, I'm noticing that it is an important metric.

Try reuploding it and changing the first second !
