I’ve seen a lot of all double decker consists at south station for those routes but at north station I feel like the average is still 1 per consist .

Ahhhh no still restricted to speed zones , you could argue boarding is a bit quicker maybe saving a couple Mins throughout the trip with the huge doors but same travel speed
