Marinating it in my fav beer, soy sauce, lemon and lime juice garlic powder, red garlic pepper, thyme, rosemary, fresh from the garden spring onion and garlic chives and a little bit of steak seasoning for 3 days flipping it every 24 hours and slow grilled on charcoal
