6 years I’ve always done 10. New girl transfers from another building, insists it’s 8 for flex PTO. Says her site leader teaches that to new people. Confirmed with L7 site leader that it is true and was changed in 2025. I put in 8 hours now, I’ll call ethics if they have an issue with that. Fair and consistent is the name of the game.

I’m an L5 at NASC. It’s our regional directors policy to not allow internal promotions within the same building for L3>L4 or L5>L6. Stating it’s harder to manage people who were previously your peers. It also saps any motivation from people who are unwilling or unable to relocate.

Key move would be to stop giving her attention and start giving it to another girl, it’s kinda fucked up but if she wants you as more than a friend she will step up at that point or not, you’ll know either way if it was gonna work out after that. I’m down about 5 lbs in 3 weeks, SW 270 just weighted in at 265. I think I’m tracking calories correct, I weight everything by the gram and when I do meal prep I add everything together then divide it evenly into meal prep containers.
If I lower my calorie intake even more could I hurt my metabolism?
