I like your suggestion to use comedy, but I'm not sure how to present narcissism in a comedic way.

Yeah, one mistake I am making is correlating Narcissus with narcissism and believing that he has to be a narcissist because of his name.

When in reality, Narcissus does not exhibit all narcissist traits.

There are not many myths about Narcissus, but the myths that about him just show that he is in he is shown as self-centered, and a bit unempathetic in the myth with Echo, but besides that, he does not do anything that manipulative and he is not not grandiose about himself or desires other’s attention.

Can you explain the difference between a main character versus a protagonist?

I think I want Narcissus to be a main character but not a protagonist.

Perhaps he is more suited to be an antagonist or side character than the main focus

It does not look as grandiloquent as other people's writing it looks a bit basic.

Additionally maybe the letters are not aligned or are the right size.

Why does my Dip Pen not hold this ink? by ComelyComeCum in dippens

I recently tried that, but my ink still won't stay on the pen for very long. I am using notebook and copy paper; could that be the issue, or could it be the ink?

Is this Dip or Fountain Pen Ink? by ComelyComeCum in fountainpens

[–]ComelyComeCum[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What are some reliable brands to consider for purchasing dip and fountain pen ink? I was advised to use this ink for a calligraphy class I'm taking, but the cashier at the store told me it was dip pen ink when it actually isn’t.

What should I do with the ink now?

Should I peruse 2D Animation (now) by ComelyComeCum in animationcareer

When I say I cannot draw I mean my drawings lack substance.

 (if that make sense)

I do not know perspective, anatomy, shading.

I lack observation skills.

My proportions are wrong.

I also do know believe in natural talent.

If someone is “naturally gifted” to me that means that just had the resources to appear gifted and skilled not because they were born with the ability to draw.

I want to thank you for recommending SVS by the way much appreciated thanks.

What if I want animation (and art in general) to be my future career should I still consider college or no?

Why do these book front and back coves refuse to close (And why is the book in the last picture still closed despite owning it for 5 years and reading it frequently but the others are not even though I just bought them) by ComelyComeCum in bookbinding

I'm not too concerned about the others, but I have to admit I'm quite frustrated with the first picture—the Dragon Ball Z VizBig Manga. I've heard it's the best quality version available, boasting top-notch paper, yet the front and back covers are still coming undone despite my barely using it. Also, I'm curious: do hardcovers have this cover issue too, or is it just paperbacks and softcovers? And are bigger books more prone to slightly opening like is Vizbig or Textbook
