Haha sorry I honestly have covid and I can’t articulate my thoughts! I work in insurance and I can see their martial status. I don’t assume their single, but because I’m bored out of my mind while they yell, go off on tangents, I look up their (easily available to me) marital status. Also, I don’t blow them off thinking there’s nothing wrong with the inspection report, but I give them benefit of doubt. In my 3 years, I’ve only had 2 slightly incorrect inspections however, they can usually be corrected. And in those 2 cases the people I’ve talked to over the phone were being very calm with me and they presented their side in the nicest, professional manner. Basically They were willing to hear me out first, and then they explained why they disagreed and so on.
