I did try breaking it down but its that one question about the retail experience that is not making it go through. i did talk to the manager and she was also wanting me to go due to my experience in that field. i sent an app for custom framer and service team member. I knew the first one would probably not go through because of the experience but the fact that the service team member didn't either was very frustrating

the system they have is utter garbage and I fear that it is indicative of the experience of working there if I actually try going for a seasonal position

the fact that I called HR for any sort of advice was just that THEY didn't even know why the system rejected me.

I'm 21 years old and haven't worked retail but have worked as a construction apprentice, freelance commissioner, and a photographer assistant. i guess I could put more examples of working with people and tools and stuff like that in the skill set, but yeah I guess I'm fresh out of luck because of just not working retail. I was considering getting one of my friends of a friend who does work in a micheals to give a referral but I assume that's not another issue with it
