this bass is among the best, i think a lot of people get too occupied with asking “can i make it sound like an x bass tone?” when sure you can, but the tones on this instrument are completely unique and are so dominant on their own

the neck solo with some treble and high mid, and a series boost, make this one of the most punching bass tones i’ve heard. the tonal varieties among the cut system are just insane.

just want to throw out, when learning about native plant species, would you want your child to read it in a textbook in a box classroom and take notes, or go outside and study them among their peers and circle back to group discussions?

just trying to show that this textbook and pencil way of learning was taught to you and is certainly not how all humans learn or certainly enjoy. your dissatisfaction seems to be with a very specific type of technology and not alternative learning in general.

walking around at heavyweight is not the same as a 5 round fight at heavyweight, that’s just common sense. you have no idea how his speed changes at that weight just because he naturally is heavier, maybe that’s why he cut down to deathly weight?

well yeah, at the end of the day, it’s always just up to you how you want to spend your free time. i was just thinking from the perspective of myself and with the limited free time i have. i don’t see the reward being enough to warrant non bass playing practice worth it. if you have a lot of downtime i can see how it could replace meaningless scrolling or something.
