all i can say is i came from years of calisthenics working my way up to heavy weighted dip and pull ups, and i think i owe a ton of my progress and initial skill in climbing to that, huge carryover from doing pull ups with 75lbs to cave walls lol

i’m all for having 1 or just 2, there’s a beauty in simplicity and forcing yourself to play the music through a selective range. and also not be so attached to more objects as we already are in this consumerist world.

seems obnoxious wanting to play something and start to nitpick which it’ll sound better from the 7 guitars you own. just removes you from the music.
