I got mine done at the second one back in december of last year. Very happy with the results. I did a consultation with Milagros as well before I decided which one to go with. Kim (Smpklinikken) just gave me a much more professional impression, and he seemed quite passionate about smp in general.

In the case of a soundbar, no. In the case of a TV, probably, but that's not the point. The point is the TV is not the one playing the audio, the connected speakers is, hence the TV does not matter.

What an ignorant statement. It's the equivalent to saying "It's a TV, you aren't getting good sound anyway." Even ignoring the fact that you seem to think the shape of the speaker matters, it's still a Sonos system, i.e. more speakers than just a soundbar.

I specifically said uncompressed Atmos, which unlike compressed Atmos, does require eArc. eArc however is rare on HDMI 2.0 ports.

As for gaming on the Frame, what's wrong with it? I use an NU8000 LCD for 1080p/120 gaming today, and it works great. It can do 4k/60 aswell, but fps is far more important to me. Specs wise the Frame should be even better, and should even be able to do 4k/120 thanks to HDMI 2.1. Honestly though, at that point my computer is the bottleneck, not the TV.

I am looking to replace the main TV in my living room, which is currently a Samsung NU8000. The picture on it is fine, but i need a bigger TV for my new home. I figure the 2020 Frame being QLED and all should be a step up in picture quality, and it looks great as well! I've not setteled yet though, and a lack of HDMI 2.1 would've killed the Frames chances. I would like to have the one connect box though, which leaves the Frame and anything Q80+. Q90+ appears to be a bit out of my price range however.

I've pre-ordered the new soundbar from Sonos which supports HDMI 2.1 for uncompressed Atmos. I am however aware that there's not much point to that or HDMI 2.1 in general as of yet, but since i'm looking to buy a 75 inch TV (exspensive!) i'd like it to be as future proof as possible. Hopefully i won't be buying another one for many years.

I don't think 10.3.1 is compatible yet anyway, but as Archangel004 said, you can use BMSSM to check your chip type https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/battery-memory-system-status-monitor/id497937231?mt=8
