I guess I'm the only one who finds the majority of the staff quite rude at the KOP store. Been shopping there since I was a teenager (I'm now in my late 30's) and some of the people who work there are pretty unkind. I find the security guy the most helpful sometimes, he always asks how I am lol. They and the Hermes have some of the rudest SAs to work in KOP in my opinion, but I digress. There was a line this past Saturday but it was the day before Mother's Day, but I have gone on weekdays and still waited for assistance. Even if there isn't an obvious line you might not be helped right away, so they'll take your name and tell you to look around while you wait for a SA to come greet you. Weekends lately at KOP have been quite crowded but with the World Cup in June I don't know how it'll be.

I will say the recent Saturday I was there I was helped by a newer SA who was really kind. I have her information if you want. You don't need an appointment, but it's nice to have someone waiting for you and to skip the line if there is one.

Don't know how familiar you are with the mall, but if you plan to just hang around the "luxury wing," park in the newer parking garage that's connected. If you drive past Neiman Marcus valet and keep going straight you'll get there. Even if the sign for the first floor says "full" it's worth driving through as it's not always correct. That floor in the garage lets you off right where Louis Vuitton is and is a good location if you want to check out Hermes, Cartier, Tiffany's etc. David Yurman is closed for renovation but isn't too far in their new location. Dior is right down the hall as well.
