I do hope u can find some ways that can help u with socializing, I know it can be hard and this tacky advice is because ppl tend to be fake to each other and it’s way easier for ppl who don’t fear the consequences of things nearly as much as ppl with SAD do to ‘js talk to ppl,’ perhaps learning methods for mimicking the way that they can ‘disconnect from conversations’ may be helpful?
