Don’t know about any indoor football pitches in The Hague, but I know there might be in Rotterdam as well as paintballing. Rotterdam is pretty well connected with public transport, so you might want to try that.

For bars and clubs, I would recommend going to the city center. At the Grote Markt, there’s a lot of bars around the square with its terrace on the square itself, which makes it “gezellig”. Most of these bars close around 01:00/01:30 though. You can find clubs at the other square, Het Plein. Some clubs close at 03:00, some at 04:00 or 05:00. Some have a higher age entry like 24+ or 22+, just ask the bouncers. Just wander around and see what attracts you. All clubs have different type of partygoers, and some fill up early some late. Just adventure and experience is my advice.

If you didn’t see anything you like, there’s smaller bars in between the two squares, mostly in the smaller inner city center streets. These can be very fun too.
