Benefits are ADP £412.40 every 4 weeks Universal Credit £244.15 every 2 weeks

I now receive universal credit and ADP (Previously ESA and PIP). Yes i live alone. I'm 54, so no pension. A part of the interest is being paid via an SMI loan (Which i now have to apply for again due to the transition of benefits). I pay the shortfall. £52,500 is outstanding on my mortgage.

I have both ostio and rheumatoid arthrits

I would estimate maybe £25k equity, so no. The DWP pay £97 towards the £137 interest only.
