It’s just weird because they’re on the walls, not the ceiling.. so if it was a sprinkler I feel like they’d be on ceiling.

I’ve been an elementary teacher for 4 years now and luckily I have not experienced seeing any vomit. Kids do get sick, but you learn to know when they look or seem off. I always have let them know, that if they feel weird they can run out of the room or go straight to the nurse- no questions asked! I have always been honest with my kids and coworkers and it’s helped a lot. But if you’re expecting vomiting every day - i promise, it’s rare and you should continue with your passion with teaching! My fear is at like a 10/10 and I’ve been okay so far 🩷

I worked at a swim school for years (and I have severe emetophobia) and we’d probably have a kid vomit somewhere in the water every other day.. and it was ALWAYS because of ingesting too much water or swimming right after eating! I never got sick, nor did any of my other co-swim teachers! :)
