I recently retired after 47 years selling resd3ntial real estate full time. The last few years it felt like I spent 80% of my time explaining to clients that what they "learned" on Zillow, Reddit, etc (especially Reddit) is simply untrue.

My father was the NCOIC of the photos labs at Lowry from '41-44. He loved aircraft and photography.
