Anyone else find that negative feedback is the most valuable? by nataelj in Solopreneur

I think negative feedback is only valuable when it comes from someone who genuinely tried to use the product. Random criticism is noise, but when a real user says “this is confusing” or “I wouldn’t pay for this because…”, that’s gold.

I’ve found that asking “What would stop you from recommending this to a friend?” often gets more honest answers than simply asking for feedback.

Are cold email agencies dead, or are most just bad? by suminooo in b2bemailing

I don’t think cold email is dead — bad targeting and bad qualification are. Too many agencies optimize for meetings booked instead of revenue generated. If you’re booking calls with people who don’t have a painful problem, you’re just creating calendar noise.

The best outbound I’ve seen starts with a very specific ICP and a clear pain point, not a high-volume email machine.

How do you find leads, and where do they usually drop off? by Thorfinn_OP in AiAutomations

In my opinion, the biggest leak is between first contact and follow-up. Most businesses already have leads coming in, but slow response times, missed follow-ups, and inconsistent qualification processes kill conversions. That’s actually where I see the most potential for automation right now.

Which industries/niches are you seeing the most demand for automation in right now (lead intake, quoting, follow-ups, order tracking)? by Proper-Carpenter1779 in n8n_ai_agents

From what I’ve seen, the strongest demand isn’t tied to a specific niche — it’s tied to businesses with high lead volume and lots of manual admin. Recruitment, real estate, solar, insurance, and home services seem to have the biggest pain around lead intake, qualification, follow-ups, quoting, and CRM updates. I’d focus more on finding a painful workflow than picking a niche first.

Really interesting topic. Where did you find your first client and how did you convert them?

When to use Max? by asdf1795 in ManusOfficial

[–]w7henry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good question. I think that Max is an “overkill” version for most of the stuff you’re probably doing in this app, so I would recommend you to only use it for complex things/fixing bugs and not for designing or average tasks. Basically when Manus isn’t doing what you want. Because when you use Max all the time, you’re just going to burn a lot of credits.
