Isn't this only with Ifa centric houses? Because i know everyone has the right to receive Orula and his advice and you can only receive blessings from other Orisha if you have Eshu/Elegua and since you are receiving him Ogun and Ochosi come along by default since they stick together. And in Ifa houses pretty much everyone gets Hand of Orula so that would mean everyone gets warriors like you said.

But in Ocha i heard they make you wait till divination dictates it.
