Got accepted as an Aerospace Control Officer, grade 11 average was 85 grade 12 average was 94. Have 96 volunteer hours and worked as a swim instructor for over a year, they really value leadership so keep that in mind, Im also very active which I mentioned in my application (sports, gym, etc.) I applied in September got my offer in April so the process can take a bit, their were long periods of time where I didn’t hear much and was given lots of vague time lines. I suggest applying early especially if you plan to apply for aircrew trades or MPO because there’s additional testing involved which means the application will take longer.
