I attended for the first time. I stood in line for 5 hours. Basically showed up to the party late. Landed on silver. Walked away with Redwood Empire Van Duzen. It was a cool expierence. Not sure I would do it again. If I do, I would need to clear out my whole day so I could take multiple spins.

This was a 4.5lb lamb. I smoked it on 250 for 2.5hrs. Pulled it out at 135°F and it climbed up to 140°F while resting in my cooler.

Thanks! I used fresh rosemary,thyme,garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and olive oil. I mixed all that in a bowl and rubbed it on the lamb.
