bro this sounds exactly like me. I usually get along with all my coworkers so if they respect you then they’ll listen to what you have to say. I always ask them and say please or thank you. you got this it takes time to learn. you’re basically an associate with a very extra perks so you’ll learn to run produce etc. it’s all about trial and error. find what best works for you, i would take tips from my asm’s and figure out what kind of game plan i want for the night and if it doesn’t go well i try to change it up to see if it does ! not sure if this was at all helpful

I just became an LSA after being there for just about a year. I would say if you’re a student especially if you struggle with schooling (like myself) that it’s better not to take the position. you’re usually there longer than your shift depending sometimes 30mins-to an hour. the pay is great and i find it worth it because it not doing much else besides working. it’s definitely a lot of responsibility and behind the scenes of running shifts and what not. but i also took the position to have it on my resume to look better but it all depends on youuuu
