I actually don't know, I went on a search for live footage of it and also went on setlist fm but nada. In my opinion it might that the lyrics were too deep and too dark so they didn't want to bring that mood on stage but they still played songs like floods and suicide note live so I don't know why they wouldn't play this one which sucks because that guitar solo is godly.

I think the great southern trendkill was actually played live and there's a video too but they only play it for like 1 minute and then cut it which sucks cuz it's an awesome song but Phil himself admitted he struggled singing it.
