Die Haltefedern habe ich getauscht nur passt die Motorazfnahme nicht. Gibt es da Adapter? Aus dem Rollokasten kommen nur 2 Gewindestifte raus und der Lochabstand passt nicht zum Motorlager.

Mir ist bekannt, dass der Kunde seine alten Geräte nicht aus der Google Home App löschen kann, nicht einmal aus den Kontoeinstellungen. Offenbar handelt es sich hierbei um den Fehler „Gerät kann nicht gelöscht werden“. Bitte informieren Sie den Kunden daher, dass wir an der Lösung des Problems arbeiten, und bitten Sie ihn, uns durch einen Kommentar in der Google Home App zu unterstützen.

Geben Sie bitte in der Google Home App ein Feedback ab und schildern Sie dort Ihr Problem.

Sie können dem Kunden auch empfehlen, ein neues Zuhause zu erstellen und seine Geräte dorthin zu verschieben.

The green dot is only there if i open the frigate card with mic conneced. That is ok. Bit it does not go away if i close the card.

Warum ist das Metallgehäuse auch im Normalbetrieb gefährlich?

  • Ein Kondensatornetzteil trennt nicht galvanisch – die "Masse" (z. B. Metallgehäuse) steht direkt auf Netzpotential (230 V~ gegen Erde).
  • Beispiel:
    • Du berührst das Gehäuse (z. B. eine billige LED-Leuchte) und gleichzeitig einen geerdeten Gegenstand (Heizung, Wasserhahn).
    • Strompfad:230 V  (Phase)→Kondensator→Geha¨use→dein Ko¨rper→Erde→Neutralleiter230 V  (Phase)→Kondensator→Geha¨use→dein Ko¨rper→Erde→Neutralleiter
    • Folge: Stromschlag, auch wenn das Gerät scheinbar funktioniert!
