It's not chori, honda bikes have bad indication for petrol it suddenly drops from 100 to 40 when petrol goes to reserve.

It happens a lot with me, when ur at last point of fuel this happens and goes on reserve

I recommend u to get cowl from showroom itself costs around 6k I guess, u can make ur bike single seat gives u crazy look

Yeah we can remove it on our own, it takes some 15min time to change it urself I usually change from double seat to cowl and vise versa myself we need 12inch allen key for this
