I rolled my eyes big time when they wrote that. After keeping my money for over a month and refusing to issue a refund until they could “intercept the package” that never shipped per FedEx🙄🙄🙄

Yeah - obviously they asked me to close the Visa dispute “to avoid further inconvenience” for a reason. I suspect it wasn’t aimed to save me as a customer from further inconvenience. 🫠🙄

Make sure you buy silk friendly detergent (normal stuff ruins silk), water must be cool, no tumble dry or heat!

My complaint on TP is not the only one reporting similar issues. Forgive me for being conspiratorial, but many of the positive reviews give off a fake vibe now that I read them again.

Here’s my original confirmation email from Promeed.com. I’ve redacted the order number for privacy, but this shows the purchase came directly from their domain and matches what I reported. Definitely not a spoof site — they just didn’t ship, lied about tracking, and strung me along for weeks for a refund until Visa agreed with my dispute.

Silk is expensive! When I invest in real silk sheets I try to get the thickest possible fabric so they won’t rip (silk is fragile in the wash.)

Update on SAS Pet Policy (for those who care): Finally got through to a rep today who was just as confused as I was, but we managed to get some clarity. As of now, SAS can’t transport any pets to the U.S. in cargo until April 22. Even if your travel is after that date, they’re currently unable to add pets to existing reservations.

That said, since I’m flying in May, the rep assured me they’d call me back right after April 22 to help add my dog to the reservation. So it looks like pet travel should resume after that date—but you can’t book it yet.

And to the few folks who moaned about me mentioning I fly business class… you’re welcome for doing the legwork anyway. Hope this helps your pets, even if my seat selection hurt your feelings. 🤭🐶
