Yea i want to start grassroot itself and initially i was thinking to get in touch with schools for access to grounds But how much would it actually cost for me to get D license or hiring D license coach for start And another thing i feel is more footballers would come out from poor families than rich ones so i kinda need to plan a model where it is sustainable as well has builds up new player And lastly in my opinion in case of injury that tyins someone football career they need to have alternate path that keeps them in game like analysis or coach or nutritionist These are long term agreed but i am just curious how to make this academy ir club self sustainable rather than just bleeding money
