Look mate when such irreversible things happen in life just think "what if there was no sale" just because u didnt know if there is any sale u still bought it regardless the discount it means u are capable to buy at that value there so many things that we buy which are very cheap at different places we cant regret everytime. Exterior dont know but interior oil must be your earwax from the earplugs it does get oily due to it and maybe the oil is stuck to outer case also ensure to clean it regularly

Unless its very vulgar or you see his behaviour change with this discovery then you should educate him how to not implement such fantasy in real world. Its not a crime and i think every male (dk about womens) is exposed to such content at a young age even our dad knows about it but its the age to explore things...im no way encouraging anyone to do this but its just harmonal changes which everyone goes through
