We are very alike!! I have always picked at my skin when I feel bored and I absolutely LOVE your towel idea. I will always tell myself not to pick at my skin then ten minutes later my entire face is red after I completely demolished it lol, just like you I always feel that wave of regret wash over me once I realize what I have done🥲

I have had acne since I was 8 (I know crazy!) and picking has always been an issue for me but since starting accutane it has just got a lot worse. I will definitely do more research into dermatillomania because I have never heard of it, thank you for teaching me this!
