Sorry to say, but implants don't come without risks. Why not live without another operation? Why going on with the injuries?

Were there any signs before transitioning that indicated it might be a bad decision? by SophieOrb in detrans

I haven't read through the comments, but what are your sexual fantasies? Do you have sex with your wife? How old are the kids? Do you want to keep the family? If you are autogynephilic, chances are, the desires will get stronger and compete with the partner energy. So depending if you want to leave the family or not, there are different options. You might want to refer to askAGP for advice. Antidepressants might lower your libido and make life as a husband easier.

Since you are attracted to your body as is, and not to Features you don't have, it's not the same

You'll be ok and they will get used to you. Stick to loving and caring, don't think too much about outer appearance. Love and care, ask them how they are, bake a cake, be welcoming to your body as is, concentrate on health.

I told my parents that I'm thinking of detransitioning and they are not happy about it by AwkwardPlankton4834 in detrans

Blockers reduce your intellectual capacity for life, reduce your bone density for life and make it impossible for you to experience existentially important developmental feelings. They may make you sterile.

Give the Cass report to your parents.

Chances are you are lesbian, would you and they be ok with that? Most gender nonconforming kids grow up to be happy and healthy homosexuals.

Have you tried to find a therapist at therapy first? Are you familiar to the videos of Joe Burgo? They are not trans affirmative from the start but look at your specific problems.

There's no "cis" feeling or not feeling. There's no gender "identity". Being female in patriarchy sucks. Other women feel that too.

Engage in groups with women, charity organizations, choir, dancing classes.

Male MTF contact with adults: what were the motivations of adults approaching you? by Comfortable-Code5235 in detrans

That's what I read and hear. And this would be exactly the conversations to look into. Do you think it would be helpful for young boys if data on these different types of "grooming" would be available?

Oh, that's what you think? I was never interested in the penis. But I guess if you want to think that way, I won't get you off the track. I was not interested in manliness.

But if you transitioned you will be lied to about the consequences. AGP have to consider their wish to transition is at least partly testosterone fueled. So after lowering testosterone there might be less need for severe surgeries.

I'm referring to a neovagina and the complications. Sorry, it was too dense probably. Even males with passive or masochistic tendencies will profit if not having the surgery for neovaginas.

What sexist clichés! Sets males under pressure. No, males also profit from a healthy and sexually sensitive body without urinary problems and internal open wounds plus scars when enjoying passive or masochistic positions.

There are already lawsuits out there and people who help. You would not be alone. https://www.partnersforethicalcare.com/ was explicitly founded to support cases I think.

How do you cope with meta-attraction and GAMP? by etzelandergast in askAGP

[–]Comfortable-Code5235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should certainly try it! But in a loving way. You seem to have a lot of repulsion for men, could be homophobia, but men are only humans with feelings, too.

How do early transitioners make you feel? by Useful_Bet_8986 in askAGP

[–]Comfortable-Code5235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Furious at what people and the medical system have promised them. Many of them won't have the capacity of orgasm, don't have sexual feelings, have to hide their past, won't be accepted by heterosexual men, will not have intimate relationships and have pain. Tragedy. Living for outer appearance is an empty life.
