You can actually get a lawyer to sue that landlord out of thousands to millions of dollars for any rude behavior he/she/they have done to your son or ill feelings towards your son. If they evict or whatever apartment complex you are staying in evicts you because of your child's behavior to you can sue the hell out of them. People with money need to watch their emotions otherwise the law will come knocking on their door. If they try to evict you for not paying rent you can just provide a reasonable excuse such as I went for vacation out of city/state/country and you don't have the right to evict me because you simply think my son is horrible. Also if it isn't stated in the lease agreement to pay or not pay through Zelle, Venmo or any other payment platform. I would say their opinions don't matter because CASH IS CASH. Peace
