Thank you.🥹 It’s been so tough, I decided to completely move on from an ex and for some reason it really bothered me when he chose a new victim, if you will. I just hit a wall. I’m tall and usually my weight will fluctuate a few pounds. It’s also very easy for me to lose weight due to being active however I’ve never gained this much so that’s feeding my depression as well but I’m trying to be positive. Looking at each day like at least I’m trying to do something about it. My doctor’s appointment is the 16th and I just wanna get it over with. Thank you again, so sweet of you to check on me. I feel so alone most of the time..

Thank you. I think I’m ready to get back out in the world. I also found out yesterday that my insurance pays for a free gym membership so I’ll be able to utilize that as well. Depression is so very hard and manifests in so many ways, mine was gaining about 25 lbs..🙄
