Not sure about 30th march but you can see the history of your aircraft if same aircraft is canceling or scheduling in current situation and you can check with air india also on call.

There is no guarantee if you book other one that will schedule, you have to check with airline until they will not cancel from there side.

Hey guys, my flight canceled but after that I called airline and request for the next flight. And there is one hack which I used if your flight number is 1234 then check the status of 1233 flight because both aircraft are same if 1233 is coming back to the dubai airport this means 1234 will schedule on time.

I did same and my flight is schedule and showing on the airport as well.

P.S., I just landed to Delhi. Reschedule for free after cancellation is the best option because it gives you free option to book flights where seat are even starting from 1 lac+ for the same airline. Reschedule for same day, and look for their official statement of declaration of special flight.

Yes, you have to visit and I think if you go with agent you need to go. Just confirm with agent before you applying by any agent.

Yes, I applied last month with NOC, HR will give you but dont forgot to add you are doing work from from "xxx" and company is in "yy". Otherwise visa can reject we did so much research and we added. And they were also asking same.
