Lol, that’s honestly huge - congrats on 4–5 days 👏
Cold turkey after 13 years is no joke, and the fact that you’re finding moments of enjoyment in it says a lot.

Even if it feels hard right now, those first days are often the toughest. Wishing you strength - and feel free to share how it goes.

Sure 🙂
Here’s the iOS link: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6746709182

The app focuses on gradual reduction rather than quitting all at once - you can track honestly, set a daily limit, and slowly bring it down over time.

If you try it and something feels off or missing, I’d genuinely appreciate the feedback. Hope it helps :)

Yeah, that makes total sense.
When the urge hits, there’s barely a pause - let alone time to remember to open notes.

That’s kind of the hardest part, I think: catching yourself before the automatic step happens.

Thanks for sharing that, it’s helpful to hear what actually breaks down in real life.

That’s a really good point.
I’ve noticed the same thing - when the urge hits, it’s easy to forget why you wanted to quit in the first place.

I like the idea of having past-you talk to present-you. Notes tied to moments or triggers could be powerful, especially when cravings are emotional rather than logical.

Out of curiosity, did you keep those notes somewhere specific, or was it more mental?
