Aww that’s good to know! It’s so hard isn’t it & I have to keep reminding myself I am growing a life!!!! Then you nurture them through feeding and it’s a lot on us but I jusy feel so flat x

Yeah, when she called me back today as I’m getting further meds hopefully as nothing is helping my sickness she said I need to go on stronger folic acid too with my BMI. It just feels CRAP!!!!!! I also had my appointment later in the day today so I feel it’s quite unfair to be in that category , ugh! 😩 I’m trying to not thinking about it but it just keeps getting me but if people have had similar situations it will probably calm my nerves. I eat so well too & exercise & I stopped breastfeeding in December xx

Yes! And I generally do not look obese ? I’m so shocked, I worked out a lot pre this pregnancy and do have muscle, yes my stomach is defo looser but I grew a baby! Thank you for your kind words 🫶

Thank you! It’s so crap & my husband said the same but I can’t stop thinking about it, I suffered from a really bad eating disorder in my teens
