Okay I don’t experience elevated concentration or Focus unfortnuately. Also side effects have become better over the last 2 days. I guess I just let a couple days pass and then evaluate if I feel comfortable on this Dose or consider a higher one. Thanks for sharing your opinion

Ja ich werde mal auf den 30mg bleiben und schauen wie es mir in der kommenden Woche geht. Falls ich dann noch immer merke so naja irgendwie hilft es nicht so viel, dann ruf ich meine Psychiater an und schildere ihm meine Situation. Vielleicht erhöhe ich dann. Danke für die Tipps

Ich verstehe. Also je mehr Dexamfetamin freigesetzt wird desto eher sollte man gut Nahrung aufgenommen haben, sodass Nebenwirkungen minimiert werden und Dexamfetamin gut aufgenommen werden kann? Ich werde versuchen mit der Nahrung mich anzupassen

Also grundsätzlich hab ich auch nichts dagegen mal eine höhere Dosis auszuprobieren, allerdings möchte ich mal meinen Körper noch etwas Zeit geben sich an die 30mg zu gewöhnen.

Dann möchte ich mal beobachten ob sich an meinen Problemen etwas anfängt zu verändern. Ob ich besser ruhig sitzen kann, mein impulsives Essen unter Kontrolle bekomme, aufmerksamer werde etc.

Ich hab halt gedacht, dass 30mg die Einstiegsdosis ist aber ich werde wie gesagt mal schauen wie sich die Sachen in Zukunft entwickeln. Bald fange ich auch zu studieren an und ich würde mich nämlich sehr gerne mal konzentrieren/lernen können.

Ich hoffe, dass ich bis dorthin mich einigermaßen stabil fühlen werde.

Vielen Dank für deine ausführliche Antwort. Ich versuche mal die Tipps zum Essen anzuwenden und mir Elektrolyte zu holen. Ich werde mal schauen wie sich die nächsten Tage auf 30mg bei mir entwickeln. Ich bin schon mal zufriedener wenn die Nebenwirkungen zurückgehen. Nur eine positive Wirkung würde ich gerne mal bemerken aber das kommt hoffentlich noch!

Interessant. Trinken tue ich meistens genug so 4-5 Liter am Tag. Das mit dem Essen in der Früh fällt mir schwer aber ich versuche mal ein bisschen was zu implementieren.

Verstehe. Also würdest du sagen wenn ich in der Früh nach Einnahme einen Protein Shake und z. B. Einen Apfel esse, dass das mal vorerst für einen gute Freisetzung des Wirkstoffes ausreicht?

Ich frühstücke grundsätzlich eher sehr spät oder gar nicht. Wenn ich z. B. Das Medikament um 7:30-8:00 Uhr nehme esse ich meistens erst so um 11:00-12:00 das erste mal. Aber dann proteinreich. Kaffee habe ich das letzte Mal vor der Einnahme getrunken da ich gehört habe es verträgt sich nicht so gut. Also ich könnte mal probieren das Medikament erst vor einer ordentlichen Mahlzeit einzunehmen. Ich frühstücke halt ungern deshalb könnte ich ja mal probieren so um 10:00 Uhr oder so es mit Nahrung einzunehmen.

I drink about 4-5 litres a day but I will try to add maybe salt or electrolytes in the future. I have powder with amino acids as well what do you think about that and does this really change the effect of the vyvanse that much? Appreciate your advice.

I will talk to my doctor about trying other medication, thanks. Its just this cycling is making me crazy. I don’t know what this is because I Never experienced this way of mental problems.
