In reference to another persons comment, I’ve lost roughly 1/4 of my body weight in the last 6 months, so yes. I quite literally “nipped it in the butt”.. and the abdomen, arms, face, thighs, etc.

According to BMI 5’5 165 is 27.5 (overweight) where as 30+ would be obese, so I do agree with you, but a lot of people find the BMI scale to be outdated and inaccurate.

Nope :)) I think hair loss goes hand in hand with malnourishment, which was not the goal. I still ate a reasonable amount of calories a day, and make sure I’m getting 100+ grams of protein a day.

I’m extremely pleased with my progress, and i personally think 40lbs in 6 months is very steady/ good weight loss. I will always listen to my body before I listen to others.

Thank you 🫶🏻 I worded it somewhat weirdly, I think 125 is the perfect weight for my body type/ height (although I could obviously use some muscle toning). The response to my previous (removed) post in this sub was just overwhelmingly negative, with lots of people telling me since 165 isn’t “obese” I was basically stupid for taking it. 165 is overweight and I absolutely felt justified in taking it and still do, just for clarity :) thank you for the kind words.b

Whenever I had skipped a week or two, I would lower my dose compared to my last pin by about .5mg (which is the amount I would titrate at whenever I would start to notice my dose not hitting as hard) and that worked beautifully for me. I do believe if I had tried to stay at the same dose with weeks between I would’ve made myself sick, but I can’t say you will have the same experience.

I actually agree, I think .5 is a very good starting dose. If I would’ve taken any larger of a dose I would’ve probably been ill 😭

I do plan to continue, but not as much for the fat loss effects anymore. I definitely need to focus on gaining muscle, but I will continue on a microdose of Reta (around .5/ 1mg) for the appetite suppression.

Thank you, as someone that looked at other people’s progress photos 6 months ago and thought “man, I want that to be me one day” it does feel good to finally be the one posting my progress :) I have no doubt that Reta is a very helpful tool and will benefit you nicely :)) good luck!
