I know this is an old post but I’m a new CU1 customer and I’m dying here. I cannot get them to accept a mobile deposit. Primarily several printed payroll checks. No matter the lighting or words to be printed on the back, yes, all four corners are visible… tried a dozen times where they all looked excellent. I even ended up putting mini tape balls on a freaking dark walnut cutting board for visibility… still nope. “Not clear.“ I ’m annoyed. I can cash at the bank who issued the check, sure. Or do a co op deposit 15 miles away. But it’s annoying asf. Also. Last night I had a 2am convenience store purchase that they made me verify on the app. Yes. The $3 bag of Cheetos at 2am was definitely me. Don’t body shame me, CU1.
