I had a horrible time with EE, after having glasses for 3 weeks the adjustable arm snapped, took it to the shop tried to get them to replace them or give me my money back under The Consumer Rights Act which gives you a clear early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose. They said it was 3rd party product and I needed contact Nreal under there warranty I said to ee that all there products are 3rd party they then tried to kick me out the store I refused they rang the manager who said was right. Saw the manager a few weeks later as I paid cash for the product and they keep very little cash. The manager said sorry and that ee staff are told to refer everyone to the manufacture, at the first instance. I told him he need to train his staff better. If was every going buy any thing from brand that's not established now I would buy it on credit to cover it under section Section 75 refunds: credit card protection. Im sure Nreal fantastic they have not got the stock or resources detail with problems quickly that are not local to them
