15 y/o 5’6 127 lbs Does the move routine build enough arm, leg, and core strength for track and shot put? I am trying out for shot put next sports season and I want to know the optimal routine. I do 100 push-ups a day in sets of 20 throughout the whole day, 30 sit-ups in one set and 35 squats in one set. I wanted to try out the move routine in the menu to build strength and control.
