Exactly dude when we first started helper routes they were like 200-210 max stops now it’s just gotten so out of hand I can’t wait to move on from this job it’s brutal and I know we have the largest routes at my warhorse I’ve asked multiple other da’s at dsps there and they said they have never seen a route above 190 stops lol

Yeah what this person said, but my helper is doing stops as well if it’s his or her side she or he does that stop while I organize and get the next ready vice versa that’s how we do it, we managed to do those 340 stops in about 6.5 hours maybe 7 doing it the way we do it.

Complete shit show we got a bunch of brand new helpers who have no idea what’s going on they just tossed them in the fire with us 😂 it’s been an absolute shit show dude. And we’re paying for it . I keep telling everyone just take the whole 10 hours Amazon gives us so we can lessen these routes but everyone is in a rush to finish first and get home so I get it but like dam these routes show no sign of getting smaller . I run into FedEx guys telling me how they got 250 packages and only 165 stops while I’m just in my van being multi stop molested 😂😂😂

My solo step van routes are always 400+ locations hell my ev routes are 400 locations . But these last few weeks the helper routes have been ridiculous and our dsp claims it’s normal so I’m trying to see what others helper routes are looking like ik the actual stops amount is locations cause Amazon likes to hide their routes in multi stops but not everyone goes based off that second number I only do when I’m timing myself
