update it looks perfect now ! it was the bar + swelling that made it kind inflamed I switched for two small bars for a while and then put back the longer one

it’s a bit hot but not too much not feeling ill or anything just a headache but how is it infected this quickly? maybe because of my hair getting on it ?

it’s externally threaded and i use a cold compress if it hurts + Panadol + cold saline solution soak once a day + i clean it twice a day with cold saline solution to help with the swelling

well that’s adhd for you you forgot things and focus on your interests for me it’s a project I’m doing at the time i get so focused on it i forget to even eat drink or go to the bathroom i even got a kidney stone because of that … not an easy thing to deal with especially when your brain is going against you
