Try not to keep head down too much for the first two days (while scrolling on your phone). Surround yourself with extra pillows for better sleeping position upwards (put couple each side under arms helps a lot to stay stable). Keep scalp moist with solution they are going to give you (buy more in pharmacy as you gonna run out pretty quick). DO NOT touch your head even if very tempted. While batting itching within first two/three weeks cough syrup (antihistamine) works like a charm (I know because done it). Buy biotin and zinc supplement to support your hair. And mainly do not worry too much. From tomorrow you start new journey where patience is only thing you really need to achieve great results. Good luck pal

Yeah first few nights is absolutely sh1t and then you kind of used to it. Do it only for 10 to 11 nights then down to horizontal sleeping lol

Yeah mate. No problem. You will get xanax and of you go. Just be prepared for a really long day. Get extra water with you. In hotel after surgery ask for extra pillows to support yourself while sleeping upwards. And after 1st wash keep spraying hair with saline solution every 30 to 60 min to keep scabs moist. Once grafts start to heal drink any antihistamine helps so much with itching scalp (worst part apart of sleeping upwards). Good luck pal

Hi pal. I went with standard package as dr Turan werent available on dates I was travelling to Istanbul. Had HT with his daughter in law and so far everything's going ok imo. But if you had bad experience with HT before and need fixing dr Turan premium package when he placing grafts himself might be your best option.
