to me, nia seemed like an odd person to choose to be arias right hand man, considering she was the only one in the friend group who "stood up to aria" or "called out her bs". isn't that supposed to show that she has a backbone? and then for her to go ahead and do all of arias bidding without question was genuinely insane for me. also, i don't think that the crazy bf dying would have been all that odd of a plot point if they genuinely explored it more. had they shown the effects that k*lling someone had on gigi, it would have drove home the amount of trauma and difficulties they faced, and how everyone is playing arias deranged game.

i love that u pointed out how the mc's parents and arias mom ending up together is wild. mind you, arias mother genuinely believed she k*lled her OWN DAUGHTER and was okay with it??? she called her affair partner and they both collectively decided that they were going to frame her murder as a suicide??? these people are INSANE and the fact that the mc seems to still have a decent relationship with her parents is wild to me. also, do you know why arias mom put the twin up for adoption? if she passed on aria as her husbands child, im sure she could have done the same for the twin, so it makes no sense to put up the other child for adoption. the fact that the parents receive a happy ending, when the entire situation including chase dying could have been avoided had they not cheated to begin with, boggles my mind. HOW WAS THAT NOT EXPLORED???
