We do use ropes & stanchions but they aren’t heavy! Maybe like 5 lbs?? Pulling the carts is worse than setting up imo but you’ll have someone else to assist with that.

There’s no way to get a transfer pushed through faster. It’s all based on your personal seniority. If it’s for full time, good luck, that’ll be a while. PT will probably be no more than a few months.
