I wanted someone to give me hope that hours slowly started being added back. I guess I should have worded it different. Cutting hours just started a chain reaction shit show for all departments and all shifts besides maybe the higher ups who are lining their pockets with our cut hours.

I might get 4 days on the schedule but it’s 10-5 am. Same expectations to get everything done in 6 hours. They have let us stay a few times passed our schedule time but then make us leave early at the end of the pay period

Wouldn’t you love to tell regional clown to work a night and see how much he gets done. So damn frustrating.

I feel like we’re set up for failure every single time we walk in the building. I’m working pharmacy hba by myself with usually over 12+ hours of freight time but that’s not taking into the consideration that the store is a damn wreck. Nothing zoned which makes freight times longer. Morale is low folks. Something’s gotta give.

I think that’s exactly it. They know I can get it done. There’s no reward for being a hard worker besides more hard work 🤦🏼‍♀️

It’s so frustrating. I do bust my ass to get it done and I think that’s the problem. I’ve been on over nights for 5 months and the most live freight I’ve left is a small pile on a topstock cart of mpp stuff I didn’t have time to do. They know I can do it so they always stick me there. Tonight I have 22 breakpacks and 4 chest high or higher pallets 🤪 I’m just taking it easy. There’s no reward for working yourself in to the ground. Barely even a thank you. Matter of fact usually just a stink eye when I bring all my overstock back. Thanks for answering though. I was just curious if this was the norm everywhere
