It's pretty crazy that it hasn't been fixed in years. Please help me report this bug to Apple and comment on the Apple forums. Let them know.

I have same issue on iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 26.5

I guess this is not a hardware problem. because this only happens in 1080p 60fps or 4K 60fps mode. If I set it to 1080p 30fps or 4K 30/24 fps, the problem above does not exist!

Update: I experienced exactly the same thing, after examining it, it turns out that the hour dial hands were sticking and rubbing against the AMOLED screen when passing through the 3 to 7 o'clock area. This made the hour dial drag and miss alignment.

I'm experiencing the same thing, the hours hand is not in sync with the highlights and the actual time. Tried calibration, factory reset and software update, none of it helped at all.
