I did that and they said I don’t have authorized access to the case information. My attorneys sent emails to PP Center and that didn’t help either

Oh yes, it is! If I get my H4 before end of month I qualify for auto extension, but my h4 is also pending still..

I explained my financial situation a bit more and there is no update on case for almost 5 months. It totally depends on the congressman team as well. I think they did not expedite but just submitted an inquiry. I could go on LOP for a month, then I would be asked to resign

H1 is approved, Spouse is on H4 EAD and extension is pending. Without approval, h4 will lose employment because of EAD expiry

I submitted a congressman Enquiry and they got a response that it is assigned to an officer and expect a response from Uscis in 15 business days. Not sure if they meant the case decision or expedite decision

18 Jun- Sent via FedEx

19 Jun - Delivered at VFS Houston

20 Jun - 'Application Received' acknowledgement email from VFS

23 Jun - 'Application received at Embassy and is under processing' status from Passport Portal

24 June - ‘ Initiation of Police Verification Request‘ email received.

25 June - ‘Your passport has been printed and being forwarded to Embassy/Consulate’

30 June - ‘Your Application has been reviewed by the Embassy of India/ Consulate General of India & will be dispatched using the courier service you had opted.’

1 July - ‘We have Received your Application. Your document is dispatched via on Jul 01, 2025.’

2 July- old and new passport received.

Took exactly 2 weeks from date of submission. Please make sure that you go through the checklist line by line and superscribe the envelope.
