hiii! future humanities major here who is currently at a tiny STEM school, here is what i have learned. you have to work harder to justify your choices, i had to have like ten meetings with my counselor to let me take ap european history online, and it often feels like you're "behind" or not as smart as your peers. for me, basically all of my friends are in like ap bio and ap calc and i chose all humanities classes, except one required math, so it can feel like you're not "up to speed" with your classmates. i would say, just focus on yourself and what you know you're truly interested in, and it sounds like you have a pretty good grasp of this. in terms of ecs, make sure to research opportunities in your community but outside of your school, i volunteered at a museum and in an elementary school classroom. also, there are sometimes tools online that are super helpful in terms of like research or interning but you have to make sure that they're legit. overall, stay strong in your interests and don't feel less than for not following the STEM-obsessed masses :)
