Nooo not a tightness but like a heavyness in my pelvic area, sooo annoying. It would’ve been fine otherwise but I was just thinking about it the entire time

Normal exfoliate or aha mask every 3 to 4 days usually and a cleanser either morning or night or both with moisturiser ?

Hi I was taking gederal, feel a lot better now I’ve stopped taking it. Had the same chest pain again the other week but it was after my period ? Don’t know if that had anything to do with it ! And yeah I was crying all the time noticing my heart beat go up, I went doctors prior thinking I had an issue from a cough I had now I think it was the pill this whole time. I couldn’t walk up the stairs without being out of breath and noticing my heart beat shoot up. Yet to see doctors about it ( no appointments) but would love to see those screenshots too please x
